Reverent Coast℠ is the Gulf Coast’s only pet aquatorium. We are the sister company of EverLoved® Veterinary, who have assisted families across Mobile and Baldwin counties through the goodbye process since 2018.

What is
Water Cremation?
Water cremation, also known as alkaline hydrolysis or aquamation, mimics the natural breakdown of the body following burial. This process gently reduces your pet’s body to its original elements using a warm alkaline water bath, leaving only your pet’s pure bone remains (ash) to be returned to your family.
In contrast with flame cremation, the gentle water cremation process preserves the bones more fully allowing you to receive 20-30% more of your beloved pet’s ashes. There is also minimal environmental impact with no harsh fumes, CO2, or toxins released into the atmosphere.
What is the Process of Pet Aquamation?
Arrangements can be made to pick up your beloved pet from your home, your veterinarian’s clinic, or you can bring your furry loved one directly to us at the EverLoved® Goodbye Center.
Your furry family member will be respectfully placed into a dedicated chamber with flower petals spread over their body. The chamber will slowly fill with warm water and alkali (a natural substance) during which a special poem is recited to give due reverence to the completion of the life cycle.
After the cremation cycle (around 20 hours) is complete, your pet’s ashes are then slowly dried and refined. For individual cremations, the ashes are placed into a complimentary urn and returned to you. With a communal cremation, the ashes will be spread in a local community garden to promote environmental sustainability and community enrichment.
